How to upload your Change of Details Form online
- Go to www.tradesrecognitionaustralia.gov.au
- Sign in to your online account via our Online Portal
- Select ‘Document Uploads’
- Upload the completed form under ‘Additional Evidence’
- Check the required boxes and select ‘Submit’
When you upload your completed form, it must:
- be in Portable Document Format (PDF)
- not be locked or password protected
- be in full colour and at least 150 Dots Per inch (DPI)
- not exceed 90 MB in size
- not have a filename exceeding 180 characters
- not contain a Tax File Number – please make sure this information is redacted/removed before uploading any documents
- not include any links to file sharing platforms (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox)
