- TRA Enquiry phone line - will close at 4pm (AEDT) on Monday, 23 December 2024 and reopen at 10am (AEDT) on Thursday, 2 January 2025.
- TRA Office - will close at 12:30pm (AEDT) on Tuesday, 24 December 2024, and reopen on Thursday, 2 January 2025. During this time, we will not process applications or respond to enquiries.
