From 31 July 2024, TRA removed the mandatory OSAP assessment requirements for specified construction occupations/country of passport combinations for applicants with a relevant qualification, so they can undertake a cheaper and simpler MSA assessment instead. Please see the Construction Occupation list for more information.
The TRA enquiry line will be closed on Monday, 10 March 2025 and resume normal operations on Tuesday, 11 March 2025. In the meantime, please check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS) and updated processing times on the TRA website as this may have the answer to your query.
